01

Everyday cleaning

Use a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry with a clean cloth. Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh chemicals. Wipe up any liquid promptly.

02

Water and moisture

Do not soak wood in water or put it in the dishwasher. Keep bathroom pieces away from direct shower spray. Ventilate the room and avoid leaving wet items on wooden surfaces for long periods.

03

Heat and sunlight

Use a suitable trivet or coaster for hot pans, mugs and other hot objects. Keep products away from intense sunlight and strong heat sources.

04

Surface care

Different wood finishes need different care. Before applying oil, polish or a cleaning product, check the finish and the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not apply any mixture unless you know it is suitable for the surface.

05

Installation and load

For wall-mounted products, consider the appropriate fixings, wall construction and load capacity together. Follow the installation instructions and check the fixings regularly.

06

Tableware

Before using an item in direct contact with food, confirm that both the item and its finish are suitable. Clean and dry it after use, and follow the product-specific instructions.

This guide offers general care advice. Product-specific use and care instructions always take priority.
